Booking conditions
100% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
- Trips are non-refundable, so no cancellations are allowed.
- ACTIVA EXPERIENCE carries out guided tours with approved quads and buggies, duly checked by our mechanical engineers and in perfect working order.
- The client agrees to accept the decisions of the guide / instructor and to follow his instructions at all times to ensure the safety and smooth running of the activity.
- If the client does not meet the minimum physical and technical requirements, he or she may be refused participation in the activity, or the schedule may be modified or delayed.
- The driver and passenger declare that they are fully aware that this motorized activity involves risk and that they accept responsibility for any damage not covered by ACTIVA EXPERIENCE's policies.
- The driver, passenger, accident and rescue are covered by our insurance.
- Also the CR of the company Activa Experience
- Own damage, i.e. damage caused to Activa Experience vehicles, is not covered and will be taken over by the driver at the end of the activity, unless a third party is responsible for the accident.
- Please pay particular attention to the recommendations of the guide and respect the indications given.
- Our service is active tourism on authorized roads and not on a closed circuit. Therefore, all safety rules must be respected, as well as prohibitions (no skidding, speed limits, no overtaking vehicles, etc.).
- Any special request (picnic), change of date, groups... do not hesitate to consult us.
