Do not forget
We recommend that you wear a scarf or a dust mask, sunscreen and sunglasses.
Prepare for possible rain by wearing a raincoat or clothes for changing later. We may encounter mud and puddles.

Instructions when buying a gift voucher
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at any time they are available during this period. After this period, the voucher will no longer have any value and will be cancelled.
When you make the purchase, you will receive two vouchers, one with the refund code and the other (without amount) that you can send as a gift with a personalized dedication to the person of your choice

Booking conditions
20% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by TPV (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: No cancellation fees.
Within 48 hours of the start of the activity: 100% cancellation fees.
Payment for the activity may be processed within 48 hours prior to the start.
Cancellation Policy for Gift Vouchers:
For gift vouchers, 100% of the payment is made in advance with no possibility of cancellation.
Weather and Safety:
Occasionally, weather conditions may complicate the route. It will be the company's decision whether to proceed or cancel after a risk assessment. In cases such as storm forecasts, a time change will be suggested. In these instances, the client will be offered an alternative date/time based on the weather forecast. If a short-term postponement is not possible, a voucher for the same experience will be offered, valid for one year.
Terms and Conditions:
ACTIVA EXPERIENCE conducts guided tours with approved buggies, duly inspected by our mechanical engineers and in perfect working order.
The client agrees to accept the guide/instructor's decisions and follow their instructions at all times to ensure the safety and flow of the activity.
If the client does not meet the minimum necessary physical and technical conditions, participation in the activity may be denied, or the schedule may be modified or delayed.
Both the driver and the passenger declare they are fully aware that this motorized activity involves risk and agree to be responsible for any damages not covered by ACTIVA EXPERIENCE insurance policies.
Our insurance covers Driver’s Liability, Activa Experience Company Liability, passengers, accidents, and rescue.
Own damages are not covered; specifically, damages caused to Activa Experience vehicles shall be paid by the driver at the end of the activity, unless a third party is responsible for the accident.
We ask for special attention to the guide's recommendations and respect for the instructions provided.
Our service consists of active tourism routes on authorized paths, not a closed circuit. Therefore, all safety regulations and prohibitions must be followed (drifting is prohibited, speed limits apply, no overtaking vehicles, etc.).
Drivers must hold a valid driving license recognized in Spain.
