We will start with a visit to the Roman site of Santa Cruz de Eslava, where we will let our imagination fly to get an idea of what life was like in this ancient city thousands of years ago. We will discover how the local economy has evolved from the Roman times to the present day, focusing on the importance of grape growing and wine production.
After observing the incredible landscapes of vineyards, we will enjoy a visit to an exclusive vineyard, where we will taste the local wine that we elaborate with the fruits of that same land. The experience will end with a visit to the winery, where we will close the circle by learning how wines that express the history and character of our land are still being made today.
