Cancellation policy
Booking Cancellation:
Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: No cancellation fees.
Within 48 hours of the start of the activity: 100% cancellation fees.
Occasionally, weather conditions may complicate the route. The decision to proceed or cancel will be made by the company following a risk assessment. In cases such as storm forecasts, a time change will be suggested. In these instances, the client will be offered an alternative date/time based on the weather forecast. If a short-term postponement is not possible, a voucher for the same experience will be offered, valid for one year.
