La Posadica Casa Aldabe is a traditional house with more than two centuries of antiquity in which in the past it was an inn where the stables made a stop on the way. It is located in the urban nucleus of the municipality of San Martín de Unx-Navarra, a medieval village of 400 inhabitants with a great wine tradition, where you can breathe the aromas of wine. Maximum capacity 12 people.
We are located in a privileged geographical enclave to know Navarra from north to south and from east to west. Located in the middle zone of Navarra, from the rural house you will be able to visit the most emblematic places of Navarra such as Olite, Las Bardenas Reales, Ujué, Tafalla, Pamplona, Tierra Estella, Sangüesa, Roncal Valley, Salazar Valley and many more...

Booking conditions
LA POSADICA CASA ALDABE-
1. ADVANCE OR RESERVATION: an advance payment or deposit may be requested, which may be up to 40% of the amount depending on the number of places and the number of days for which the reservation is made. The amount may be sent by money order or transfer addressed to the owners of the accommodation, indicating the dates of arrival and departure, the name and the number of people to whom the reservation refers. THE RESERVATION FEE IS 40% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT.
2. PRICES: the prices that appear in the guide are with VAT included. Where the use of sheets and towels is included, as well as electricity and heating costs. The price of the lodging will refer to overnight stays or days, starting at 5 p.m. and ending at noon. Arrival and departure time can be agreed and previously discussed with the owner.
WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH THE SCHEDULES AS LONG AS THERE IS NO PREVIOUS OR LATER ENTRY AND EXIT, IT IS SPECIFIED WITH THE CLIENT ARRIVING THE DATES, EXCEPT FOR THE SEASONAL PERIOD, WHICH COMPLIES WITH THE REGULATIONS.
3. PAYMENTS: unless express agreement between the parts, the payment of the price corresponding to the stay will be understood that it must be realized at the moment of putting at the disposal of the client of the rural house. (In the case of Agencies the corresponding voucher or check will be delivered).
4. CANCELLATION: if the cancellation is communicated with more than 7 days prior to the date indicated or contracted and less than 15 days in advance, the owner may retain 50% of the amount of the deposit.
If the cancellation is communicated to the tourist lodging within 7 days prior to the indicated one, the amount received in concept of signal, deposit or reservation will remain at the disposal of the owner.

THE POSADICA IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IT IS POSSIBLE TO KEEP THIS RESERVATION OR DEPOSIT FOR OTHER DATES EXCEPT BRIDGES OR HOLIDAY SEASON).
5. ADMISSION OF GUESTS: the norms of operation of the rural houses will be able to regulate the possibility of admission of guests inside the establishment and the terms and conditions of the same one. The contravention of this provision may result in the early termination of the stay occupancy of accommodation for all purposes.
6. PETS ACCEPTANCE: the cottages that accept animals do it in garage or similar stays, never in rooms, unless otherwise agreed. PETS ARE ALWAYS ACCEPTED WITH PREVIOUS CONSULTATION AND WITH A FEE OF 15€ PER STAY.
7. CLEANING: the cleaning and maintenance of all the belongings that exist in the house corresponds to the clients during their stay, as well as leaving everything as it has been found. At the reception of the client the inventory will be shown and at the departure it will be verified that everything is in correct state. Any damage that has been caused will be commented and paid at the end of the stay.
8, BEHAVIOR: total respect is expected for the facilities of the rural house, the environment, both cultural and natural, any kind of suggestion on your part for the improvement of the services of both the accommodation and the area will be appreciated.
The stay may be terminated in advance when the usual rules of civility, hygiene or coexistence are not complied with, as well as in cases where the owner expressly prohibits exceeding the number of places in the accommodation without prior notice or agreement.
- WE HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO HAVE EVERYTHING IN PERFECT CONDITION FOR WHEN YOU ARRIVE, BOTH CLEANING AND OPERATION, AS WELL AS THE CONTRACTED SERVICES.
