Iratxeko-berea is a cozy rural house in Bera, in Navarra, located in the region of Bortziriak (Cinco Villas). It is located in the Kaule neighborhood, at the foot of Mount Larun, in a privileged natural environment.
It is perfect for large groups and families, with 10 double rooms and capacity for up to 24 people, offering an ideal space for meetings, getaways with children or gatherings with friends.
Our location is unbeatable, we are very well connected with France and our neighbors in Iparralde, as well as with the regions of Malerreka and Baztan, which makes us a strategic point to explore the cultural, natural and gastronomic richness of both sides of the muga.

Booking conditions
At the time of making an online reservation through our website, the customer must:
- Select the dates of enjoyment of the stay, date of arrival and departure, indicate how many adults, how many children and how many babies (children under 2 years old and sleeping in a crib).
Conditions of Reservation of the Rural House Iratxeko-berea
Maximum capacity: The maximum capacity of the house is 24 people. For each additional person, a supplement of 15&euro per person per day will be charged.
2. Visits not allowed: It is strictly forbidden the visit of any person not staying in the house.
3. Booking confirmation: A few days before your arrival, I will contact you to finalize the last details (indications, suggestions, exact number of people, adults, children and babies) and you will be provided with the final price of the stay. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
Reservation deposit: To formalize the reservation, it is necessary to make a payment of 40% as a deposit. There are two options to make the payment:
o Through BIZUM to the mobile number 636564140.
o By bank transfer.
Payment must be made within a maximum of 4 days. Once the payment is received, I will send you an email with the confirmation of the reservation.
5. Modifications and cancellations:
o The reservation can only be managed by the person who holds the reservation.
o In case you want to make a change of dates or cancellation, it is necessary to communicate it both by phone and email.
o Modifications requested less than one month in advance will not be accepted and 40% of the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
6. Arrival and departure:
o The entrance to the rural house Iratxeko-berea will be from 17:00h on the day of arrival, and the total amount of the stay must be paid in cash.
o 40% of the reservation will be retained as a deposit, which will be returned after departure if everything is in perfect condition.
o The check-out must be done at the latest until 12:00h.
o After your departure, we will check that the house, its interior, games and toys are in perfect condition and that the garbage has been removed. If everything is correct, the deposit will be returned within 48 hours.
7. Online check-in: A few days before arrival, we will send you a link for all guests staying at Iratxeko-berea to check-in online before arrival.

Equipment and Services:
1. Kitchen:
o The kitchen is fully equipped with mixer, basic utensils (cutlery, plates, pans), toaster, juicer, electric coffee maker, pressure cooker, oven and dishwasher.
o Some basic products such as dishwasher tablets, mistol, dishcloths and dishcloths are provided.
o Warning: From the fourth broken glass onwards, 1€ per broken glass will be charged.
2. Bathrooms:
o Hair dryers are available in the bathrooms.
o One roll of toilet paper will be provided for each bathroom on the day of arrival.
3. Rooms:
o Beds will be made up with sheets, blankets and bedspreads.
o 1 bath towel and 1 shower towel per guest will be provided.
o Prohibited: Taking white towels, blankets or bedspreads outside. They will not be returned in their original condition if stained or damaged.
o Recommendation: Bring extra towels if you color your hair or if you are in pool or beach season.
4. Outdoors:
o For rainy or dewy days, it is advisable to bring hiking boots or rubber boots for walking in the garden.
o We have a barbecue: 2 baskets of firewood free of charge, but if you prefer charcoal, you will have to bring it yourself.
5. Paellero and Railway pot:
o We have paella pans, tripod and gas stove so you can make a delicious paella.
o We also have a railroad pot ideal for cooking stews, casseroles and more. It is cooked with charcoal and you have to bring it with you.
6. Water and Wi-Fi:
o Tap water is potable.
o Wi-Fi connection is available without password with the name: IRATXEKOBEREA FREE.

Rules of Coexistence:
1. Prohibited:
o Visits from people not staying at the house.
o Loud music, parties and drinking.
o The use of fireworks and firecrackers.
o Jumping on the beds and pillow fights.
o Access to and possession of pets.
o Parking motorhomes or setting up camping tents outside.
o The use of sleeping pads or inflatable mattresses in the house.
